Rental Conditions

1. General 

Les Herlequins Campsite and Restaurant offers an online booking service for fixed caravans and pitches based in Saint-Usage in the Côte-d'Or.

2. Use 

These general conditions of sale govern the commercial transactions carried out on the https://campinglesherlequins.fr site, by the user from the moment the latter has validated his order.

3. Pay

Payment must be made when booking by the tenant or upon arrival at our premises. The collection of the entire amount of the order will be made by the Camping and Restaurant les Herlequins at the time of validation of the customer's stay.

All orders are payable in euros. To pay for his order, the customer has all the following means of payment: credit card, check, cash and other devices such as Apple Pay.

As part of the fight against Internet fraud, information relating to your order may be transmitted to any third party for verification.

4. Reservation

The products will be definitively reserved when the customer receives a confirmation from our establishment.

5. Cancellation

Withdrawals must be made by email or telephone and must include the contact details of the buyer and the precise dates of the stay, without the need to mention the reason.

6. Protection of personal data

Information rights (article 32 of the law of January 6, 1978 modified by the law of August 6, 2004): The person in charge of the processing implemented is the Camping and Restaurant les Herlequins.
